This wasn't a decision we wanted to make. We were met with financial hardship that made it impossible for us to keep our doors open.
What we want you to know is this: every single client who walked through our doors mattered to us. We started this work because we understood, on a personal level, what it means to feel at home in your own body. Watching that journey unfold for so many of you, session after session, has been the honor of our working lives.
We know how hard it can be to find care like this, especially for our trans clients, who often face long waits, judgment, or providers who simply don't understand what's at stake. We never took it for granted that you trusted us with that. We're heartbroken that we won't get to continue that work together.
To every client who trusted us with your care, your time, and your story: thank you. We wish you continued progress, safety, and ease in the journey ahead.
